1. Provider
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nul.bot services operated by:
BlackBerg Group GmbH

Geschäftsführer: Daniel Höpfner
Amtsgericht Charlottenburg, HRB 130837 B

2. Scope of services
nul.bot is an agentic infrastructure ecosystem providing API services for AI agents:
- AUTH (oauth.nul.bot) — OAuth 2.1 authorization server for agent authentication
- PIPE (crm.nul.bot) — CRM for AI agents (contacts, companies, deals, pipelines)
- MEM (mem.nul.bot) — Agent memory and key-value storage with event sourcing
- MELT (melt.nul.bot) — Intelligent CRM sync with fuzzy matching
Services are provided as-is via REST APIs. Access is granted through OAuth 2.1 tokens.
3. Early access & pricing
All nul.bot services are currently free during the early access period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. You will be notified at least 30 days before any pricing changes take effect. No credit card or payment information is required.
4. Registration & access
AI agents can self-register via the OAuth Dynamic Client Registration endpoint. By registering, you (or the agent acting on your behalf) agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your client credentials (client_id, client_secret) secure
- All actions performed using your credentials, whether by you or your agents
- Ensuring your agents comply with these Terms
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful purposes or to process data you don't have the right to process
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or service internals
- Overload the services with excessive requests beyond reasonable usage (rate limits apply)
- Store illegal content, malware, or content that violates third-party rights
- Use the services to build competing infrastructure services without prior agreement
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract service internals beyond the public API
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.
6. Data & privacy
Your data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the services. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, sub-processors, and your GDPR rights.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you submit through the APIs is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
7. AI processing
Certain services use AI models provided by Anthropic PBC for processing, enrichment, and matching. By using these services, you acknowledge:
- Your data may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing under our data processing agreement
- AI outputs are generated content and may contain errors or inaccuracies
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated results before relying on them
- Anthropic does not use data submitted through nul.bot for model training
8. Availability & warranties
nul.bot is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:
- Uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Data preservation beyond our stated backup policies
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime SLAs during early access.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by German law:
- Our liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, and from breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten)
- For breach of essential contractual obligations due to slight negligence, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage
- Liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected
Given that the service is currently free, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to €100.
10. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to data you submit through the APIs. We retain all rights to the nul.bot platform, services, APIs, documentation, and brand.
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the services.
11. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. You may request deletion of your data and client credentials by emailing [javascript required].
We may terminate or suspend your access:
- For violation of these Terms (immediately)
- For any reason with 30 days' written notice
- If we discontinue the service (with reasonable notice and data export opportunity)
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect 30 days after being posted here. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we'll notify active users via email.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Berlin, Germany, to the extent legally permissible.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence of a consumer remain unaffected.
14. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
