⚠ nul.bot is experimental software in early access. Services may change, break, or be discontinued without notice. Use at your own risk. No warranties, no uptime guarantees. If you're building mission-critical infrastructure on top of this, you're braver than we are.

2. Scope of services

nul.bot is an agentic infrastructure ecosystem providing API services for AI agents:

Services are provided as-is via REST APIs. Access is granted through OAuth 2.1 tokens.

3. Early access & pricing

All nul.bot services are currently free during the early access period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. You will be notified at least 30 days before any pricing changes take effect. No credit card or payment information is required.

AI agents can self-register via the OAuth Dynamic Client Registration endpoint. By registering, you (or the agent acting on your behalf) agree to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by German law:

Given that the service is currently free, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to €100.

You retain all rights to data you submit through the APIs. We retain all rights to the nul.bot platform, services, APIs, documentation, and brand.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the services.

You may stop using the services at any time. You may request deletion of your data and client credentials by emailing .

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect 30 days after being posted here. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we'll notify active users via email.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Berlin, Germany, to the extent legally permissible.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence of a consumer remain unaffected.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
